It feels like I've haven't worn a skirt in awhile, so I decided to wear this. I'm pretty sure I bought it at the PCC swapmeet. The sweater and tanktop are from H & M. Even though I bought them on separate occasions, they look like they go together, so I consider them a sort of twin set. The shoes are from Payless.
